GENERAL TERMS   

Our website www.renehatz.gr constitutes the electronic presence of our company under the name of “M. CHATZIANTONIOU SINGLE PERSON P.C.” (VAT number 801502699, Public Finance Office (ΔOY) Rhodes). The headquarters of the company are located in Rhodes, Dodecanese.

The company has as its main goal the service of its customers, therefore on a daily basis we make an effort to keep our customers satisfied. The creation of this specific e-shop under the name of “RENĒ HATZ” has as a goal the prompt service and viewing of the products in each and every corner worldwide just by clicking on the site any time of the day. The purchases through the Internet are done with a simple procedure always reserving the possibility of availability of the company stock.

The company aims at the prompt service and satisfaction of the customer bearing the constant responsibility that it has shown during the whole course of its business development and the constant building of trust.

The user of the website accepts that they have read the existing terms, agreed on them and accepted the responsibility of abiding by them.

Our obligation towards the customer is to always ensure and inform them. For this reason, the customer has to be aware of the following:

A. THE ITEMS FOR SALE

The characteristics of the items for sale are available and you can have access to them by searching the name of the respective product.

PRODUCT PRICES

All the prices which refer to products available through “RENĒ HATZ” include a 24% VAT and they do not include the shipping or the pay on delivery costs. The prices concern the products and the quantities providing that they are available and adequate while “RENĒ HATZ” reserves the right to change the prices of the products for sale without any further notice.

B. SUBMISSION/CANCELLATION OF ORDERS/CUSTOMER PROTECTION

The realization of the order through the e-shop constitutes the continuous contract of selling items from distance, regulated from the Legislation of the L.2251/1994 as it is modified. It is a binding suggestion of purchase of the products in demand at the total price which is mentioned at the time of the order placement as it includes VAT, shipping and packaging costs, other applicable charges and any discounts you may deserve as a visitor/customer.

The possibility of having a valid order through the e-shop providing that you are legally capable in accordance with the article of the Greek Civil Code (You must have completed the eighteenth year of age and you must not have any judicial proceedings as far as the continuous contract of items for sale are concerned). Orders can also be placed by legal representatives while the company reserves the right to claim any possible orders that have been placed by legally incapable individuals from their supervisors or legal guardians or representatives.

Your order will be finalized with your acceptance from the “RENĒ HATZ” through a confirmation email to you sent to the email address you have suggested during the order placement. In case you do not receive a confirmation e-mail for your order, we kindly request you contact “RENĒ HATZ” at the e-mail address hello@renehatz.gr so as to ask for the successful completion of your order placement.

For any cancellation of your order (partly or fully) you are required to send an email to hello@renehatz.gr or to contact us on the telephone number (0030)6940842941. This possibility is given strictly for the duration of one hour after the placement of the order. After that specific timeline no cancellation will be possible and you will be able to change your order only after you have received it.

 C. PAYMENT OF GOODS

Our company “RENĒ HATZ” in order to facilitate the transactions as well as the prompt service provides you with the following choices of payment :

PAY ON DELIVERY

(It only applies in Greece)

It only applies to shipments within Greece and the additional cost comes to the sum of 2.5€ (including 24% VAT). The payment takes place upon delivery of your package via the express courier service we cooperate with.

 

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

Choosing to pay by credit or debit card you will be transferred to the Pay Center Service of Piraeus Bank which will offer you the safest way of paying by card. The procedure is completed in a very short period of time during which no personal information (including the details of your card) will be saved or stored by the “RENĒ HATZ” company.

D. METHOD-TIME-COST OF SHIPMENT

GREECE

The orders are packaged and sent by us on the following working day of the placement of the order and the delivery occurs according to the timetable of the courier company TAXYDEMA or its partner courier companies (as you can see on the table below). No shipments are held on Saturday, while deliveries can take place on Saturday only after communicating with us and accepting an additional charge of the sum of 2 €. No deliveries/handlings and shipments of orders are held on Sundays or Public Holidays.

CYPRUS

On a weekly basis the orders will be shipped every Wednesday and the delivery will be completed within 3-7 working days.

The shipments will be done via the courier service TAXYDEMA or its partner courier companies. Upon the completion of your order placement, you will automatically be sent an email, where you will be informed for its registration and in which all the details of your order will be analytically written. After checking the order and the availability of the products and after the shipment of your order you will receive an email with all the details regarding your shipment.

In case the payment method is PAY ON DELIVERY (It only applies in Greece) then the extra charge is 2.00€.

We would like to kindly request that should there be any problem receiving the package, please contact us so that we can assist in servicing you the best way possible.

We would like to inform our customers that in case an order is not received, the future ones will have to be placed by using a credit/debit card. If a future order has as a method of payment PAY ON DELIVERY it will be cancelled automatically without any notice.

 SHIPPING ABROAD

PROCESSING TIMES

All stocked items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date the order is placed. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that orders are shipped out.
Please note that all orders are sent on weekdays only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We charge an amount for all orders abroad proportionally to your country. Orders arrive within 3-15 business days from the date that the parcel leaves our place. Please note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

All items are delivered via Elta Courier International shipping services. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
Customers are responsible for organizing their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they choose.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. RENĒ HATZ is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties, please contact our customer care team at hello@renehatz.gr to place your order. The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.

Please note that the international shipping costs that “RENĒ HATZ” provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Greece. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Greece as this fee is in no way covered by “RENĒ HATZ”. RETURN OF PRODUCTS

You have the right to return products you have bought since you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange them and get them in different color or scent, exchange them with another product, get a refund or a coupon for future purchases.

GREECE

In case you wish to change the product with another one, the return expenses (2€) as well as the expenses of the new shipment will burden you (plus the sum of 2.00€ if you wish to pay the difference on pay on delivery).

In case you wish for a refund for a part or the total of the order, the refund costs burden you [the charge for the return (2€) is removed from the total sum of the refund] and the sum of the refund will be deposited on your account within 10 working days. If you have stated an account in the Piraeus Bank there will be no extra bank costs. Otherwise, if you have stated an account of another bank, there will be the respective costs of your bank. The refund charge (2€) applies only if you choose to realize the refund through TAXYDEMA or its partner courier companies and ask them to charge the recipient.

In case you ask for a debit voucher, you will be sent a personal message with a coupon which will correspond to the sum of the refund and the refund costs will be charged on you.

In case you ask for a refund and the original order has exceeded the sum of 60€, then the original shipment expenses will be charged on you (2€ if you have paid by credit/debit card and 4.5€ if you have paid on delivery).

In case of a company’s error in the shipment of the product or in case of a faulty product the return expenses burden the company.

You can also realize the refund by using any other courier service at your own responsibility and expense.

CAUTION: Until the moment the product reaches us, it lies under your own responsibility, and consequently it is vital that you make sure it is safely shipped so as to avoid any damage or loss and therefore the failure of its return.

 

CYPRUS

In case you wish to exchange the product with another one, the return expenses as well as the expenses of the new shipment (8€) will burden you.

In case you wish for a refund for a part or the total of the order, the refund costs will burden you and the sum of your refund will be deposited on your account within 10 working days.

In case you ask for a debit voucher, you will be sent a personal message with a coupon which will correspond to the sum of the refund and the refund costs will be charged on you.

In case you ask for a refund and the original order has exceeded the sum of 120€, then the original shipment expenses will be charged on you.

In case of a company’s error in the shipment of the product or in case of a faulty product the return expenses burden the company.

E. CONDITIONS

You have the right to return the products you have purchased without having to reveal the reason why you wish for their return within a fourteen-day deadline from the day they were delivered.

It is absolutely essential that the product be in its original packaging and in the very same excellent condition, that is it has not been worn or damaged, you had received it. The acceptance or not of the returned product will be done after it has been previously undergone a quality check from our company and the condition of the returned product has been evaluated.

The return of the product will have to include the receipt and the special labels of the product as well as the return form you will find below.

F. RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS

If you wish exchange with other products of our company, you place a new order with the products you need and in the order notes box you mention that it is destined for a change.

Send us the package, after you have made sure that the products are in the same excellent conditions in which you have received them and that it is accompanied by the receipt.

If no problem with the returned product is presented, we will immediately proceed in its replacement, the refund or the voucher edition.

Note:

For hygiene reasons, our company will not receive any returns in earrings.

To avoid any hardship, we recommend that when you receive the package from the courier service you should seek for any alterations in the packaging or defaults in the products so as to take the necessary precautions. In case the product is returned and after our quality check a default is confirmed, then we owe to communicate with you for the solution of the issue.

G. APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER TERMS

The “RENĒ HATZ” company reserves the right to renew and modify the terms of the transaction, after there has been previous notification and they will apply upon the date of the postage on our e-shop. Omission of the practice of any right of the “RENĒ HATZ” company can be interpreted as a resignation from it.

The terms at present time are totally compatible with the European and Greek Law while the users acknowledge the right of the company to alter the provisions of the present terms, in the way that do not concern the legal obligations and without influencing the accomplished situations order notes
